Is the vehicle wheelchair accessible (ramp, lift, tie-downs)?

Yes all our 26 specially adapted  wheelchair accessible taxi  Minibus's have ramps and tie downs 

Can I stay seated in my wheelchair, or do I need to transfer to a seat?

The choice is yours you can stay in your wheelchair or if you prefer to transfer to a seat .

What is the maximum size/weight capacity for wheelchairs or scooters?

One wheelchair and four passengers

Is there storage space for collapsible chairs or mobility aids?

Yes there is ample storage/ luggage space in each vehicle

How much assistance does the driver/guide provide with boarding?

All our driver guides are fully trained in wheelchair manual handling and are happy to help
